Payments & Cancellations Policy

The price of each consultation topic is displayed before you confirm the booking. International card or PayPal payments are processed exclusively in US dollars (USD). Your bank or provider may apply conversion fees outside FG's control.

When you start the process, the time slot is held provisionally while payment is completed:

• PayPal or card payment: 30 minutes.
• SINPE transfer: 12 hours to send the proof of payment.

Once that period lapses without credited payment, the slot is released automatically and becomes available to others. A booking is confirmed only once payment is validated by FG.

Conditions depend on how much notice you give, measured against the scheduled start time:

• 24 hours or more in advance: one rescheduling subject to availability, or a refund of the amount paid less payment-processor charges that are genuinely non-recoverable, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
• Between 12 and 24 hours in advance: one rescheduling subject to availability. No cash refund applies.
• Less than 12 hours in advance, or no-show: the consultation is non-refundable.
• Cancellation by FG (including inability to accept the engagement after due diligence): full refund of the amount paid.
• Duly notified medical emergencies, unforeseeable events or force majeure: assessed professionally on a case-by-case basis; nothing above limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by law.
• Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method whenever possible; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank and is not a period controlled by FG.

The virtual consultation covers the contracted time of professional guidance on the selected topic. It does not include drafting documents, filing procedures, notarial fees, registry duties or taxes, which are quoted separately.

Consultation payments are not deposits or third-party fund administration. Escrow services are governed by a separate agreement.

Important: if your booking shows the “Payment review” status, do NOT make a second payment. Contact our administration team so the transaction can be reconciled.
